Orders & Delivery
Same-day delivery is available for orders confirmed by 1pm local time, subject to florist availability and weather conditions. Substitutions of similar flowers or vases may occur to maintain freshness.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours and we will arrange a redelivery or refund.
